Return and Shipping Policy


Because all our Orders are custom pieces, we have limited returns or resizing available. We have a 60-day return policy or instore credit only. If for some reason a ring does not fit, we do offer one free sizing of your ring. NOTE: If the ring is a cremation ring, we would ask for more ashes to be sent to remake your ring for the correct size. Other jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings that involve non-typical metal accessories that has broken require a photo of your jewelry to inspect for malfunctions or manufactured defects. Normal wear and tear issues will be handled on a case-by-case situation.

Once Again all refunds or request for return are 60 day replacement or returned for In-Store Credit Only


Orders placed by 10 am CST on a business day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the within 5-10 business days as all of product is made to order.

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible

Delivery Policy

* PLEASE NOTE: due to the recent global implications of the Coronavirus, limitations on deliveries and extra precautions, such as quarantine, are causing some delays. Our couriers have advised that alternative solutions have been implemented to keep services moving at a reasonable pace whilst following precautionary measures as necessary. Shipments with status of delivered per tracking numbers will be considered closed orders. If for any reason we have made a mistake, or our system values were incorrect we ask that you contact your postmaster for details about the delivery. Once Orders are processed and shipped, we cannot control what happens next. Yes, it is unfortunate if your package is not delivered and deemed missing. But we will work with you to resolve the issue the best way we can and guide you in the steps you would need to either retrieve your package or issue a refund if it is proven the package was never delivered.

NOTE: I case your billing address and shipping address are different please contact us before we send out your shipment. Our system’s attributes are set correctly after several orders were sent to the wrong address due to programming errors and setting. This has been corrected and moving forward we ask that you make appropriate measures to correct any address changes with both your billing and shipping information.


Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Be aware that when there are national holidays orders may experience longer processing and delivery times


Upon finalizing your order, there will be a number of delivery options to choose from. We know you’re excited in getting your latest Highland Designs Art products so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout.  NOTE: If you do not see the option all packages will be sent USPS services.


  • We offer two different shipping options within the United States
  • Standard shipping $6.00 for First Class USPS Services with tracking
  • Standard Ground shipping $8.00 for Fed-ex Ground or UPS Services with tracking
  • Free express Shipping for orders over $150.00

Highland Designs Art is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable this includes lost shipments from the carrier. We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues that may come forward. But we have no control over Lost or stolen packages. We give all our customers thr tracking numbers that give an estimated delivery day.
